What is Ace Acts?
Ace Acts is a UK-wide community of people who sign up to be contacted about taking part in market research projects – from online surveys, group discussions, interviews and product tests. Members get paid for every completed session, and the opinions they share help shape future products, services and brands.
Who can join?
Anyone aged 16+ and living in the UK can join.
You don’t need any previous research experience – just an interest in sharing your honest views. Your everyday opinions matter and make a difference, and you’ll earn rewards along the way.
What kind of research will I be invited to take part in?
You may be invited to online surveys, one-to-one chats, small group discussions, product tests, or online communities that run over several days.
To check if you’re eligible for a study, we’ll ask a few quick questions. If you qualify and want to take part, we’ll send you the full details – including what’s involved and the reward offered – so you can decide if it’s right for you.
Will I get paid or rewarded?
Yes. Every project includes a clearly stated incentive as a thank-you for your time.
The amount varies depending on the length and type of study, and you’ll always know the incentive in advance – whether it’s paid into your bank by BACS, or provided as a high-street voucher, Amazon voucher or another reward – before choosing whether to take part.
How often will I be contacted?
We will only contact you when there’s a project that genuinely fits your profile or to ask you more questions to see if you are the right fit for the research studies. You will always have the option to decline at any point.
Do I need any special equipment?
Most projects can be completed using a smartphone, tablet or laptop with internet access. For online groups or interviews, you’ll need a working webcam – and we’ll always tell you in advance if anything specific is required.
We just need you, your voice, and your honest opinions. All responses must be your own. Suspected AI use may affect your eligibility or your reward.
What happens to my data?
Your personal information is kept secure and confidential.
We never sell your data or use it for marketing. Everything you share is used strictly for market research purposes and handled in line with UK data protection laws.

Can I leave Ace Acts at any time?
Yes. You can unsubscribe or request full deletion of your data at any time – just email team@aceacts.co.uk.
